Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a birthday party?

Bounce, Private Bounce, & Glow'n Bounce parties are all one hour, 45 minutes long. The first 75 minutes is play time, followed by 30 minutes in the party room for food & cake. Toddler town parties are 1 hour play time, with 30 minutes in the party room. Party time can be extended, please ask while booking.


How many people can I invite? Is there a limit?

Each package includes a set number of participants that are included, once you go over that amount we charge an addition fee for each participant. There is no limit to the number of people you can have. If you are planning to have an extra large party, just let us know so we can plan accordingly!


What is provided for a party?

We try to make it as easy for you as possible! We provide pizza, juice, & water for the kids. Tablecloth, all paper products, and utensils are provided. You also get a host to keep an eye on your guests and help serve the food! All you need is the cake & candles! Goodie bags can be purchased through us, or you can bring your own.


Can I bring in my own food? What about the parents? They might get hungry too!

Outside food, besides cake, is not allowed unless discussed prior to the party. We have a full catering menu with lots of options to add on to your party. Most people add extra pizza and soda. Wings, salad, chicken fingers, & subs are also popular items. Catering with the exception of extra pizza required a 48 hour notice. View our full catering menu here.


What's the best way to schedule my party?

You can call, stop in during our bounce hours, or click here to book online.

My party is booked, now what? When do you a head count?

Once you're party is booked you'll get a confirmation email. Just double check that all the information is correct. We will contact you about a week before your party to confirm everything and get your estimated headcount. We understand that the count can change, (sometimes even on the day of the party), we just need an estimate of what to expect.


How far in advance do I need to schedule my party?

As soon as possible is always best, but it's never too late! It really depends on if you want a specific time. Private party slots fill up quickest, since times are limited. We have some parties booked 6 months in advance, other book the day before!


Do you require a deposit? Is it refundable?

Were require a $75 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. However, you may change the date, time, type of party at anytime.


What if my child gets sick, bad weather, or another conflict comes up?

No problem! We know that things come up (especially with kids!). If you book your party and find a scheduling conflict you can change the date/time at no cost. If bad weather is predicted, we'll be in touch to determine if the party is a go or to reschedule, the decision is mostly yours, as long as our power is on, parking lot is clear, and staff can make it in. If your child gets sick suddenly before the party, let us know so we can reschedule. Emails and voicemails are checked outside of hours, so just send us a message as soon as you can.
